All our prices are in Australian dollars and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Product information, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system or typographical errors.  While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur.  We reserve the right to correct any errors when they do occur and we do not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices.  If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
At Jewels of the Kimberley, we are more than just an online store; we are an actively operating showroom located in Broome, Western Australia.  We update our site’s stock multiple times a day, however in some rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same piece as you at the same time.  If this does occur we will contact you immediately to advise that we will not be able to deliver the product in our usual delivery time frame.  If it is an item that we cannot re-create – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-create – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.DIAMOND CERTIFICATES
When you purchase a diamond from Jewels of the Kimberley, you may receive a diamond grading report (also known as a diamond certificate).  These diamond certificates are issued by an independent and highly reputable diamond grading laboratory, making them very expensive to replace.  Because of this we require the diamond certificate to be returned if you are returning the product which houses the certified diamond.  Failure to return the certificate may incur a certificate replacement fee.ETHICAL SOURCING OF DIAMONDS
Jewels of the Kimberley has a zero tolerance policy towards conflict diamonds and is committed to sourcing our materials in an ethical and sustainable manner.  The term “Conflict Diamonds” is used to describe rough cut diamonds that are mined or stolen to finance armed rebellion against legitimate, internationally recognised governments.  The issue of conflict diamonds has now been globally recognised and since 2002, when the Kimberley Process was introduced, the amount of conflict diamonds in the gemstone industry has been reduced to less than 1%.  Today, 99.8% of the world’s diamond distributors adhere to the Kimberley Process.ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
At Jewels of the Kimberley we make every attempt to ensure that our information is as accurate, up to date and complete as possible.  While we make every attempt to get it right, we may at times make typographical errors.  We will take action to correct any error or inaccuracy that is brought to our attention.SITE CONTENT
