As part of our commitment to quality and customer service, Jewels of the Kimberley offers a range of complimentary jewellery repair and cleaning services to our customers. These include:

✓ FREE lifetime re-stringing of South Sea pearl strands purchased from us

✓ FREE first rhodium plating of white gold items purchased from us

✓ FREE ring resizing within 90 days of purchase (up to 3 sizes)

We also offer free quotations for any custom work or repairs, so if you would like to discuss an item with us please get in touch. We are all highly trained customer care providers specialising in diamonds and pearls, and  unlike other jewellers we pride ourselves on performing all repairs, makes, CAD drawings, castings, pearl and diamond setting in house, within our Broome workshop. This way, we know we can provide you with the best quality and service.

Enjoy a free one-on-one consultation with our jewellers and designers to create your dream piece, using your own gemstones or some from our hand-selected stock. We use state of the art CAD design software to help visualise your design so you can be sure you’ll love it.


Bring an outdated ring back to life with a beautiful new design, or honour an original design with a quality restoration.


We can repair or replace broken links and clasps so you can wear that beautiful chain again.

We love setting our pearls and we love setting yours too! Trust the pearl specialists to set your treasured pearls into a magnificent piece to be enjoyed for generations.

At Jewels of the Kimberley we are delighted to offer a 90 day free ring resizing service for up to 3 sizes (note any more than this may require remodelling so free sizing above 3 sizes will be on a case by case basis. Any ring purchased from us that requires resizing can be either brought back into store or sent via post, using the returns process detailed here. We aim to complete all ring resize requests within 3 business days or sooner.


Pearls are strung on pure silk with individual knots placed between each pearl. Over time the silk will become stretched and weaken. If you wear your South Sea Pearl strand regularly, we recommend having it checked and restrung annually. We offer a complimentary re-stringing service on all South Sea Pearl strands purchased from Jewels of the Kimberley. As an average, rhodium plating lasts between 8 and 12 months before showing signs of wearing away.  We offer the first rhodium plating free on any white gold item purchased from us and we welcome any other white gold pieces you may have for this service.

If you require a service that isn’t listed above, simply contact us. We welcome the chance to help you in any way we can, and thanks to our specialist training and knowledge, we usually can.
