The Environment

Pearling is an environmental-friendly farming activity with full respect of the equilibrium of nature. Pearls are cultured through a respectful partnership with nature. A pristine environment is required to produce quality pearls.
The preservation of the marine environments in which pearl farms operate is a key priority. They operate under a Pearling Code of Practice that promotes policies and procedures designed to minimise environmental impact.

Pearling is an aqua-culture, a farming activity rather than a mining activity. Pearl farmers grow and harvest pearls, instead of depleting the environment of its reserves.
